  When my husband proposed he gave me the most beautiful wedding band I have ever seen. He had it custom made, and it is so so so special to me. But I don't want to lose my diamond, my ring, or the tiny wedding bands that we later purchased.  For years I would simply take my rings off before heading to the gym, washing dishes, or out for an adventure... but I was tired of looking "single" just because I didn't want to lose my precious bands. I have been using our gym so much lately, and let me be honest - its not that guys were oogling at me, but I just felt... weird,  not having any proof of my marriage clearly on my hand. So you're shaking and pill taking, but how do you keep everything straight? I've been right there with you - all of a sudden you have a new regimen, or you're failing at your current one, so you need some help. I just love great gadgets and I wanted to share a few of my favorite gadgets that help me stay healthy... I am always starting my morning out with a mixed drink ( no not THAT kind of mixed drink, you lush! ). I can't say enough about the Blender Bottle I use!! It is so simple to just dump powdered mix and fill with water, and then shake-shake-shake! Plus you know what? I really don't want to deal with cleaning out my regular water bottle every morning! I want to be able to shake my drink, chug, then throw it in the dishwasher, and use my straw water bottle the rest of the day. Isn't it the little things that make life easier? Its amazing when you consider that what we put INTO our body, impacts the way our body functions.  Yet it makes so much sense, right? What we eat either can heal or hurt.  So with that said, what can we do: Healing can come from the inside out! This is so wonderful. When I began working toward inner healing, I think the biggest surprises I encountered were that I " didn't know how bad I felt, until I didn't feel so bad anymore. " I had no idea I was as sick as I was until I was actually HEALTHY . Eating for healing is a truly wonderful way to reach that "reset" our bodies need.
