Or is that a miscommunication? When we are healthy, our body tells us what it truly needs.  I'll save the miscommunication for another post, because that's a whole other bag of worms!   When my husband proposed he gave me the most beautiful wedding band I have ever seen. He had it custom made, and it is so so so special to me. So you're shaking and pill taking, but how do you keep everything straight? I've been right there with you - all of a sudden you have a new regimen, or you're failing at your current one, so you need some help. I just love great gadgets and I wanted to share a few of my favorite gadgets that help me stay healthy... I am always starting my morning out with a mixed drink ( no not THAT kind of mixed drink, you lush! ). I can't say enough about the Blender Bottle I use!!
